Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Oceana Residences, I found the apartment to be spacious and modern, offering a decent size pool and beach area on-site. The location on the Palm was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions like Atlantis, The Pointe, and a mall within walking distance. The direct beach access I had hoped for was not available, and I was surprised by the additional charge for beach access for the third guest. The value proposition of the hotel could be improved by offering clearer communication regarding room types and amenities. While the apartment itself was comfortable, the lack of direct beach access and unexpected charges left me feeling somewhat dissatisfied. The requirement for cash payments for an extra night and deposit was inconvenient in today's cashless society. In conclusion, Oceana Residences offers a decent stay with some room for improvement in terms of transparency and guest experience.
